Web3 will Change the Internet
I was recently a guest on the Clicks and Bricks podcast, and we had a far-reaching conversation about web3’s role in the future of the internet. In here, I argue that every company needs a web3 strategy the same way every company needs social media accounts and a website. NFTs, tokens, and DAOs will affect every consumer facing industry, and this will happen at a rapid clip.
As I’ve discussed on prior posts, I believe everything is going onchain eventually. Your car title, your home deed, your drivers license, your passport, and more will be NFTs and held digitally in the next ten years. Decentralization will come to social media platforms, sports team ownership, the music industry, and many other businesses.
