Crypto Attacks Continue

⚖️ The SEC shut down the Crypto staking service of Kraken, and the company paid a $30MM fine. Coinbase has fired back at the SEC, arguing staking is not a security and threatening to fight in court. The NY Department of Financial Services got in on the action too, shutting down the Binance USD stablecoin issuance from Paxos.
