Bitcoin ETFs have already seen $4Bn in capital in the first two weeks, surpassing silver as the number two commodity ETF behind gold. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust has been the winner so far with over 25% market share. Story here.

A week after the SEC and Coinbase argued motions before a federal judge, the SEC was back at it in a different courtroom with Binance. Both sides argued their cases on whether Crypto tokens are securities under U.S. law. Decisions will take a while on these case. Story here.

Crypto market maker Flowdesk raised $50MM in capital. They provide liquidity to exchanges and mostly recently added ETF trading as a capability. The round was led by Cathay Innovation with participation from Ripple, Eurazeo, ISAI, Speedinvest and BPI. Story here.
