Meet Immutable Cohort 4
The Atlanta Blockchain Center and W3 Studio host diverse founders building Crypto and web3 startups here in Atlanta in our Immutable incubator program. Our goal is to find innovative projects and talent to help develop, execute and scale their ideas. The program is built around ten in-person education classes. Founders are then matched with mentors to help accelerate growth.
The fourth cohort graduated this month, and we wanted to share them with you here.
Instarails is making cross-border payments instant, inexpensive, and inclusive to all. The company will be launching this groundbreaking service in the coming months. Instrails was recently accepted into the Future of Tech Is Inclusive program, which is powered by Amex Ventures & Goodie Nation. Founder Yamini Sagar has over a decade of experience in payments in blockchain at Bakkt, Bitpay, and the Intercontinental Exchange.
Kampeni is the world’s largest storytelling online game built on-chain. This tabletop role play game has unique character NFTs and rules immutably on the blockchain. They will be launching at comic book stores and events soon. Kampeni is run by a group with extensive experience at Google, led by Christian Pearson. Pearson is an Army veteran and carries a JD from UVA and a MBA from Michigan.
Keyspace Studio by Jonathan Hessing
Keyspace Studio helps brands fuel retention with tokenized loyalty. They do this with their innovative NFT platform that allows brands to mint, manage, market, and measure the impact of these programs. Keyspace has recognized revenue on projects with iHeartRadio, NFT Energy, and W3 Studio. Founder Jonathan Hessing successfully built Streaming Global before launching this company. Shown Live is reinventing influencer marketing with its gift technology. Brands create freebies and discounts that creators share with their fans. This will allow the mass market of smaller influencers to monetize their audience in a new, efficient manner. The company has plans for future use of blockchain to provide verification of these engagements. Shown Live won the Startup Runway $10,000 prize in 2023. Founder Shayna Stewart has extensive experience in marketing, the creator economy, and blockchain at Metaplex, NBA Digital, and Turner Sports.
Subsume is a global design and innovation studio and the creator of Games 4 Good. This game program makes learning fun for school children. They will utilize blockchain tech to track progress and provide rewards. The company recently opened a physical play space in Atlanta Underground to engage the community. Founder Dedren Snead has experience creating engaging programs for youth in partnership with Atlanta Public Schools and Microsoft.
Vngle brings grassroots news coverage using blockchain technology. The company brings stories from “various angles” on its decentralized nonpartisan newswire deploying grassroots tactics and blockchain forensics to help institutions combat underrepresentation and misinformation. Vngle was the winner of the inaugural Atlanta Web3 Expo pitch competition. Founder Blake Stoner is a grassroots reporter, social entrepreneur, and tech enthusiast with a legacy of community advocacy.
